  • Preparation, organization, set-up/staging, and pricing of all sellable items

  • Advertising and marketing on social media, Craigslist, and local signage in your neighborhood

  • Execution of the sale over 3 consecutive days (Thursday through Saturday)

  • After the sale, we will clear the home of remaining items that can be sold or donated

Note:  Our service area includes Clackamas County and parts of Marion, Washington, and Multnomah Counties.  Preparation of Estate Sales can begin after the property is vacated, a key is provided, keepsakes are removed, and a contract is signed.
